  • All products are eligible for return within the return period unless otherwise stated

Free Return Shipping

We offer free return shipping on all approved eligible returns.

There are no restocking fees.

Please do not send items back without receiving return authorization.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase
  • Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days depending on your financial institution
  • Original shipping costs, if applicable, may be refunded

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photographs of the item and packaging

We will provide either:

  • A replacement item, or
  • A full refund at no additional cost

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before they have been processed and shipped.

Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled and must follow the return process outlined above.
